Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZN Fashions website, the vendor portal at znfashions.com/vendor-portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, requesting a booth, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

To request a booth, you must register a vendor account with accurate, current information (legal name, business name, email, phone, and address). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at booking@znfashions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Booth requests submitted through the vendor portal are tentative until our admin team reviews and confirms them. We reserve the right to reject any request without obligation. Confirmation triggers an event-specific booth assignment.

Payment is collected through the methods listed at booking time (currently Square for card payments and cash on receipt). Square charges and settlement are governed by Square's own terms; we don't store full payment-card details on our servers.

You may cancel a booking from the vendor portal up until the event begins. Cancellations made fewer than thirty (30) days before the event date may forfeit some or all of the booth fee at our discretion, depending on the event's logistical status and any third-party costs already incurred.

If we cancel an event for any reason, confirmed vendors will receive a full refund or the option to apply the fee to a future event of equal value.

Vendors must follow venue rules, local law, and any event-specific guidance from ZN Fashions staff. Behavior that endangers attendees, damages venue property, or harasses other vendors may result in immediate removal from the event with no refund and a ban from future events.

All written content, photography, fonts, layouts, and source code on this site are the property of ZN Fashions Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By submitting your business name, logo, or vendor profile information, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that information on the site and in event-related communications for as long as your account is active.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific event will occur as scheduled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZN Fashions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to the booth fees you paid for the event giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
